I tutor IB Biology and Chemistry with a focus on connecting subject knowledge to clear scientific explanations. Knowing a definition is a useful start; applying it to a new experiment or an unfamiliar set of results takes a different kind of practice. That is where I like to concentrate our work. We can build a topic around its central ideas, use diagrams to show the connections and then examine how those ideas appear in questions.
